02Verification result
Gran Turismo 7 is rated Stable. Time trials and short races verify with stable pacing once the track cache builds; first laps on new circuits hitch at the same corners, then clear.
Verify with a wired DualSense pad before introducing a wheel — wheels add a second variable that masks cache effects. Pad setup is in DualSense setup.

05Questions
Q.01Why do first laps hitch at the same corners?
Those corners introduce new effects that compile once. Second laps are the measurement; see Shader cache.
Q.02Pad or wheel for verification?
Pad first. Add the wheel only after pacing verifies on the DualSense.
Q.03Is online racing supported?
Verification covers offline time trials and races. Online modes are outside the compatibility envelope.
