02Verification result

Demon's Souls is rated Stable. Archstone runs and boss arenas complete at the quality preset, with 4K holding on recommended hardware. Confirm headroom in GPU and VRAM before enabling it.

Latency-sensitive parries verify best with a wired DualSense. Setup is in DualSense setup.

  2. Install the official PS5UPDATE.PUP from Sony's system-software page with File then Install Firmware.

05Questions

Q.01Is Demon's Souls Stable?

Yes. Quality-mode runs complete end to end, including boss arenas, on the reference configuration.

Q.02Why does 4K dip in one archstone?

That area is VRAM-heavy. Drop to native 1440p or close background apps; see GPU and VRAM.

Q.03Wired or wireless controller?

Wired DualSense over USB for parry timing. Bluetooth adds measurable latency.
