### Why do first laps hitch at the same corners?

Those corners introduce new effects that compile once. Second laps are the measurement; see [Shader cache](/reference/shader-cache).

### Pad or wheel for verification?

Pad first. Add the wheel only after pacing verifies on the DualSense.

### Is online racing supported?

Verification covers offline time trials and races. Online modes are outside the compatibility envelope.
